INSTRUCTIONS TO SUBMIT ABSTRACTS

Deadline to submit abstracts: March 01, 2024

Deadline to submit abstract and apply for Wilks Award, Student Field Natural History Award, and Clark Hubbs Student Poster Award: March 01, 2024. A complete application for the Wilks and Student Natural History Awards must also be sent to the President-Elect by March 01 2024. For more information see Student Awards section below.

Abstract preparation: Abstracts must be in English and Spanish with a 400-word maximum for both languages combined. The 400-word limit does not include the title, authors or institutional addresses. Authors are responsible for providing the necessary translation.

Fecha límite para enviar resúmenes: 01 de Marzo de 2024

Fecha límite para enviar un resúmen y solicitar  el  Premio  Wilks,  Premio  Estudiantil  de Historia Natural de Campo y Premio al Poster Estudiantil Clark Hubbs: 01 de Marzo de 2024.  La solicitud completa para el Premio Wilks y el Premio Estudiantil de Historia Natural de Campo debe ser enviada al Presidente-Electo a más tardar el 01 de Marzo de 2024. Preparación de resúmenes: El resumen debe enviarse en inglés y en español con un máximo de 400 palabras entre los dos idiomas. Este límite de palabras no incluye el título, autores o direcciones de adscripción. Los autores serán responsables de proveer las traducciones adecuadas.
