We ask that the winners of the Bruce Stewart Student Travel Award or the SAC Student Travel Award mention the award and SWAN in the acknowledgements of their presentations.

Poster Presentations: Posters must be in horizontal orientation and no larger than 36  inches (92 cm) tall (vertical) and 42 inches (106 cm) wide (horizontal). All posters presented at the annual meeting should at least include the title and abstract in English and Spanish. The registration desk will provide necessary supplies for mounting and exhibiting the poster (thumbtacks, corkboard, etc). Authors will hang their posters on Friday morning (April 12). The poster session will take place on Friday afternoon. The primary author should be present at their poster during the whole scheduled poster session.

Oral Presentations:

• Each presentation will last 15 minutes, 12 minutes for presentation and 3 minutes for questions.
• Use the 16 x 9 format in either PowerPoint or PDF.

A los ganadores del Premio Estudiantil para Viajar Bruce Stewart o del Premio de Viaje Estudiantil SAC se les solicita reconocer el premio y a SWAN en los agradecimientos de sus presentaciones.

Presentaciones de Pósters: Los pósters deben tener una orientación horizontal y no ser más grandes de 36 pulgadas (92 cm) de alto (vertical) y 42 pulgadas (106 cm) de ancho (horizontal). Todos los pósters presentados en la reunión anual deben incluir al menos el título y el resumen en inglés y español. La mesa de registro proporcionará los suministros necesarios para montar y exhibir el póster (alfileres, tablero de corcho, etc.). Los autores colgarán sus pósters el Viernes por la mañana (12 de abril). La sesión de pósters se llevará a cabo el viernes por la tarde. El autor principal debe estar presente en su póster durante toda la sesión programada de pósters.

Presentaciones Orales:

• Cada presentación tendrá una duración de 15 minutos, con 12 minutos destinados a la presentación y 3 minutos para preguntas.
